Care for the Elderly Foundation (Singapore) (CEF) is a voluntary organisation that provides welfare services and charitable programmes to the sick, elderly and needy. CEF provides four main services: home-based medical and nursing care; sales of medical home care products at a subsidised rate to medical social workers and the public; loans of medical equipment to medical social workers; and food-rationing distribution and financial assistance to the needy and lower income elderly.
